We recently transformed an old shipping container into a fully insulated outdoor drinks cellar for Frinton Cricket Club. As proud sponsors of the club, it was great to deliver a practical, hard-wearing solution that will help match days and events run far more smoothly.
The container was fully thermally insulated before being ply lined and speed lined throughout, creating a clean and durable internal finish. For added protection in a high-use environment, aluminium tread plate was fitted across the floor and halfway up the walls to improve durability and longevity.
A custom bulkhead and internal door were also installed to create a separate sealed section within the container. This allows the main container doors to remain open during use, while the drinks cellar itself stays securely closed and temperature controlled. The result is a more efficient setup with reduced disruption, better protection for stock, and a space built to withstand regular use for years to come.
Horsebox bars are growing rapidly in popularity. This project is a perfect example of how an old, unused horsebox can be completely transformed into a stylish and fully functional mobile bar.
The conversion included a full installation of 240V electrics to safely power the bar equipment and appliances, along with modern LED lighting. Inside, we fitted durable stainless steel shelving and worktops, providing a professional finish while ensuring the space is practical, hygienic, and built to withstand heavy use at busy events.
This specialist build was for a customer requiring an anti-static, ESD-compliant vehicle. We lined the interior with Polystar, installed a custom workspace with integrated storage and a workbench, and fitted internal LED lighting. The setup also included an inverter and 3-gang 240V plug sockets with RCD protection — delivering a safe, functional mobile work environment.
Jessica approached us in search of a transport solution for her stunning wild and seasonal wedding flowers. After a series of design consultations, we created a layout that doubled the usable floor space of her vehicle.
The final build featured ergonomically designed drawers and storage units, allowing seamless movement of floral arrangements from preparation, to transport, to venue setup. This custom conversion was completed within just a few days — delivering both functionality and style, perfectly tailored to Jessica’s needs.
We completed a fleet conversion project for IWJS, transforming each vehicle to include a dedicated control room for camera systems by sectioning off the load area. The rear section was designed as a storage zone, creating a clear, functional layout tailored to operational needs.
